Poetas sao chegados a viver noutra real... canta Amelinha que gravou Coito das Araras.... verso de Catia. Tenho muito prazer em ouvi-la... Sotaque paraibano genuino... poeta talentosa.
Tentei encontrar sua musica... nao marquei as horas, tentei,,, nao fui. Hoje, procurando algo de Amelinha no Youtube, finalmente encontro algo dela e quero guardar de forma especial. A quem prestou a homenagem a Catia, muito obrigado!

I am so happy for her!... I was in New York when the rumors started... She was coming out! I watched her interview on the Rosie O'Donnell show when she stated her character on the Ellen show was Lebanese!we all know what happened since then. So, many things change since then....
as soon as the ban on gay marriage was overturned in California she decided to share her decision with her viewers.I AM GETTING MARRIED!
I can only say: Congratulations!

Restoring the meaning of the word GAY

Flinstones, meet the Flinstones..... do you remember how it goes?...
Like David Niven used to say on a scotch commercial in Brazil: Never mind!
I do not remember either..., some parts of it... Hey, It's been a while... I know they are a "modern stone age family..." which makes me think Gays are changing the concept of family....but let us go back to the word... oh well before going back I must say, a real Gay Family.... with all the sisters and ME.
Back to the Word... before someone I know(she) flips out...
Before it was associated with homos, being gay meant happy and that is why it was used on the above mentioned theme.
I have always wanted to research the usage of the word, I once even tried to make some notes... it did not work... I lost the pad , got busy with other things... and just forgot about it...
I do remember, however, my favorite line involving the "gay" word... It's from a Bab's movie...well... "Hello Dolly"...her co-worker or, once again I do not remember, gotta watch it again! They are in the city and trying to cause a first good impression and one looks to the other and say: LOOK GAY...
